SPM Mobile release 2.6.08 is out now |
|
A Roadmap item for condition grading in Mobile has now been released in Vrs 6.2.08. Users have been asking why the 99% and 1% default condition grades are needed for all new components that are added using Mobile. The answer is they are no longer needed with the latest enhancements. So, we have removed them. Now, when you add a component, you will need to add the condition grades, and if you try to save without a condition grade, the software will ask you if you are sure. It will further simplify the survey process and make it easier to see any missing condition grades.
The following screenshot displays the components without an assigned condition grade when added.

The dialog box will advise that there are components with no condition grade before saving.

The system will allow you to save with no condition grade if this is what you require - It will not block you out.

Tonkin Consulting becomes a Channel Partner with SPM |
|
As a result of both companies working on a number of projects over the past year, in both South Australia and Western Australia, Tonkin Consulting has now become a formal Channel Partner. Tonkin’s local clients are now benefiting from having direct access to SPM’s tools and processes with local support.
Tonkin has experienced the increasing demand for building/property asset management planning within their regions and, as such, needed a proven approach and system that could undertake assessments, analysis and reporting.
As part of the service offering to local clients, SPM is also building an interface with the Conquest asset management system.
