THE EDGE, one of Auckland’s leading live entertainment, performing arts and convention venue providers, has commissioned SPM to update its 2010 Asset Management Plan (AMP).

SPM has previously conducted condition surveys of The Aotea Centre, The Town Hall and The Civic, and produced the initial AMP in 2008. SPM has recently completed the triennial resurvey of The Aotea Centre and the results will be incorporated into the 2010 AMP.

The AMP will also reflect the analysis of fixed plant and equipment, updated financial information, and scenario modeling using SPM Assets strategic asset management system.
